Refund Policy

1. Digital goods

License keys are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By accepting this policy at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that a delivered license key is generally not refundable once it has been issued to you — a key can't be “returned”.

2. When you are entitled to help

We will always make it right in these cases:

  • Key not delivered — if your key doesn't arrive in your account and inbox shortly after payment, contact us and we'll deliver it or refund the order in full.
  • Key invalid or not activating — we'll first replace the key; if a working replacement isn't available, you get a full refund.
  • Product status changes shortly after purchase — if a product goes On Hold or Detected right after you buy, we compensate with a time extension or a replacement key, as described on the product page. Where neither is possible, we'll refund.

3. What is not covered

  • Change of mind after the key has been delivered.
  • Bans, restrictions, or losses imposed by third-party platforms or software vendors.
  • Keys that stopped working because the underlying product was used against its own terms.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact page (Discord is fastest) with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond to most requests within a day; approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are returned to a wallet you confirm, at the order's original fiat value.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider — almost every issue is resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
